Platform Partnership Agreement

This Platform Partnership Agreement is between and you for a one-year term commencing from the date of your first “Platform Parnership” Invoice .

Platform Partnership entitles you to
one (1) virtual event on World Event Center each month.


  • You can cancel at any time with 30-days written notice after the one-year term of this contract has come to a close.
  • Events cannot be accumulated
  • Event access is for one organization only and access can not be shared.
  • Private events only
  • Event URL should:
    • Be given out only on day of event to registrants
    • Never posted publically e.g. social media
    • Clearly state system requirements (
    • Prompt registrant to test their system in advance (
  • Event access will be provided two hours before your booking and removed two hours after your booking.
  • Dress rehearsals and dry runs are considered separate bookings
  • Event manager commit to downloading all required data and deleting their event before the term of their event rental is complete. Any data left will be deleted without notice.
  • PLATFORM PARTNERSHIP FEES — You agree to pay a total of Canadian $1200 +tax for the first year of the contract commencing on the first day of your invoice for Platform Partnership either in one payment or twelve (12) payments of $100 +tax. This contract will automatically renew until cancelled
  • ADDITIONAL EVENT RESERVATIONS — All additional event reservations will be invoiced at 50% off current pricing (or as per quote or MOU) at time of booking and must be paid in full before access for your event is provided.
  • Availability is limited to one Event Platform Partner per day so please reserve your dates in advance.

  • This agreement is for a one year term commencing on the date of the first invoice from for Platform Partnership and assumes invoice is paid prior to first event.
