What does Set Up Include?

Above noted prices are in Canadian dollars, do not include applicable taxes, and are based on deadlines and timelines set out below.


(3 weeks before event)

We meet with you a minimum of three (3) weeks before your event to; review your event vision, the options available to you, what we require from you to begin, schedule event set up, show flow and dress rehearsal dates and address your questions.


(2 weeks before event)

We set up your event space two (2) weeks before your event, and send a link to review it and advise any tweaks required.


(1 week before event)

One (1) hour of support is included for a meeting to review your final agenda, plan show flow and finalize dress rehearsal arrangements one week before your event.


(2-3 days before event)

We will organize a (1) hour dress rehearsal with your VIPS 2-3 days ahead of your event.


(2-3 days after event)

Within 24 hours of your event ending, we will  upload your HD videos, attendance and sponsor reports, chat history, screenshots, etc. to your google drive folder.

A guest-day is a 24-hour period of time that begins as soon as a guest occupies a seat at a table for the first time. During this 24-hour period, your guest can enter or rejoin any of your events, and this will still be counted as one guest-day used.
