We also rent party rooms suitable for every occasion and create sustainable, inclusive, customized virtual spaces that make gather remote teams and community, culture and team-building easy.
This event set up bundle includes everything needed for simplistic events and retails for $600
however we are happy to expand our services to suit your unique requirements.
(3 weeks before event)
We meet virtually to get a full understanding of your event vision, discuss the options, decide who does what and and schedule dates for set up, show flow, dress rehearsal and debrief meetings.
(2 weeks before event)
Once the event planner has gathered the required media, we review the materials provided, set up your event space, and send you a link so you can review and provide feedback.
(1 week before event)
We meet to review your final agenda, review show flow and finalize dress rehearsal arrangements.
(2-3 days before event)
We organize a 1-hour technical rehearsal with your VIPS 2-3 days ahead of your event to address technical challenges and ensure they understand how to best leverage the platform.
(2-3 days after event)
We retrieve presentation recordings and all media captured from your event, along with all reports, and upload to google drive where it is stored for 30 days.
In-event technical support and platform management is billed out at $100/hour/person.
